Mpowering Youth Project is a partnership between The Rainbow Project and Causeway LGBT Network. The project will be for young women and men aged14 to 25 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or questining their understanding of their sexual orientation. Ulster Titans RFC is Northern Ireland's first rugby team open to all men regardless of age, experience, race or sexual orientation. The team identifies with gay men and is committed to equality, inclusion and the greatest sport in the world. Training every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 1pm at the Queens PEC on Stranmillis Embankment.

Counselling Directory UK: Providing the UK with a huge counselling support network, enabling those in distress to find a counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs. This is a free, confidential service that will hopefully encourage those in distress to seek help. The website also contains a number of sections on emotional disorders (types of distress section) and provides some useful statistics. Every counsellor on the site who has submitted their profile has either sent a copy of their qualifications and insurance cover to us, or is registered with a professional body online with recognised codes of ethics and practice, this way we can be assured of their professionalism.
