I am sorry you did not like your hair, the style is much like my other work. I think what you were expecting was something that was done by another stylist in the past. If you Google the style, there is no way to do box braids without seeing parts at that size. As I explained to you, everyone is different and I do my work the way I do others may be different. I think the major issue was you not likeing the grey that was showing in your braids and there was nothing I could do for that. I even tried to accommodate by making the parts at the top smaller than the rest and adding more hair. I apologize if I could not meet your expectations. I even sent you a picture of the same style I did previously on another client a couple of days before so you would have an idea of how it would come out. IM sorry but there is nothing further I can do for you. No, I will not be giving a refund, I did the work. I stood on my feet for 5 hours and did the work with no breaks. I hope you are able to find someone who can accommodate your request in the future. It was nice to meet you.
